I would like to change the feedback I left for a seller.  Once I left negative feedback they contacted me and resolved the issue right away but I don't know how to change the feedback I left for them.  Help!

If the seller resolved the problem right away, why did it take you so long to want to revise the negative?  Or did you just now get the new necklace?

Quite often a promised replacement never arrives and too often it is used as a ruse to prevent buyers from filing a claim, delaying them past day 45.  My question would be, though, - did you contact the seller before you left that negative? 

Leaving a red without making any effort to contact the seller first is considered bad manners.  The kind thing to do is give a seller every reasonable opportunity to fix the problem, even if all the seller can do is offer a sincere apology.  Sometimes that's all it takes. 

For now, that seller - who deserves green - is forever more stuck with that red, . . . but so are you.  In future, always give a seller a fair opportunity to clear up any problems.  Negatives should really be a last resort, avoided if at all possible.

If it's too late for the seller to send you a feedback revision request, you can always leave a follow up comment to the feedback you left.
