I sold an item and the buyer had asked me for a quote on international shipping which I gave her, but this was not on the item I listed now she has bought. I am trying to send an invoice and add the amount I quoted for shipping, but it won't let me?

I don't know if it applies to you, but one common problem:

When you change shipping on an invoice DO NOT use the recalculate button -- it acts as a reset button and wipes out any changes.

But keep in mind that you can also go to Paypal and send an invoice from there. Enter the eBay transaction number in the text box along with other information about the purchase.

You will have to mark the item paid and shipped manually.
