Unless you have Non paying bidders blocked in your preferences

and they contact you to see if you will let them bid you never know.

EBay does not make this information public.

If you are worried, go to your Seller Preferences and  add the automatic Block against bidders with UID Strikes. Easy.

I recently went thru an hours long, days long event with a non paying bidder and several rude comments were left on my e bay messages one calling me a ***** and saying they just wanted to mess with my account and finally one telling me they were 13 years old. It looks like E bay has done nothing about this. I still see the bidder and they are stilla active. Am I missing something here?
