Just to be clear, the seller has sent you either a full or a partial refund? Or the item arrived at last?
An offer of a replacement is NOT NOT NOT a reason to close the Dispute. Although replacements have occasionally been known to arrive. Sometimes, when the moon is blue and the seas boil.
Otherwise, if you have either the money or the item in hand, you just have to close the Dispute.

As the other member explained, the ONLY acceptable solution is money back or your item. Any promises of a replacement being sent, or a promised refund if you will close your claim, or any other promises upheld by pleas to not hurt the seller's record, are NOT solutions. Those are worthless hot air.
At least they are not solutions for the buyer. They are great solutions for the seller because once you close a claim you can never reopen it. You lose.
If you have opened a case and the seller has refunded and you have VERIFIED that you actually do have the money back, then the seller will not have a mark against his name.
Any time a buyer opens a case and a seller promptly refunds (for real, not a fake promise) nothing bad happens to the seller.
If you are completely satisfied to end things as they are, just close the claim. Easy as that. You can even leave positive feedback.
