how do I offer combined shipping after my items has been listed

I want to offer a customer combined shipping on 2 items all ready on auction how do I offer that.  I tried to revise my listing but it does not seem to take

You can revise to add a statement on combining but i'm guessing that as a new seller , you have a listings limit. Revisions count as a listing.

Can send the buyer a combined invoice. Enter the correct amount . Preview  and send . Do not click recalculate.
