You are most likely accidentally logged into eBay.ca Canada while viewing a listing from a Canadian seller. Since you are posting to the Canada forums I am sure that this is what happened.
Just log out and you will leave eBay.ca Canada. Do not use this web page to log back in because it will bring you back to eBay.ca Canada. To be safe, close your browser and restart and then log back in the way you normally do to get to eBay.com USA.
This happens occasionally to eBay members when viewing listings from another country on eBay.com USA. Clicking on a link in the description (like Visit My ebay Store or view My Feedback) that as made for eBay.ca Canada asks for a login to the Canada site and you are then in Canada. Same thing can happen with a UK seller listings.
You will notice the Canada flag with English at the top right of the eBay page which shows you are on eBay.Ca Canada. If you don't see that anymore, then you successfully logged back into eBay.com USA.
