You live in the UK, bought an item from the US, but ask about tracking on the Canadian site? 
No matter, your situation is universal, isn't it. You have bought a GSP item and even though Pitney-Bowes promises you will be able to track the package to your door, that is simply not true.
You can, however, track it from the American seller to the GSP warehouse, whereupon it is repackaged and forwarded on to you.

Some people maintain that a call to Pitney-Bowes will produce a tracking number that really works, but I have no first-hand experience of this. The main thing is that once it is on its way, it will get to you eventually.
