i haven't got my item yet however, seller is trying to avoid because the due date is over,

it's been awhile  and he said he sent item 3months ago and yes i got **bleep** broken parcel and item. therefore, i contacted the seller to solve the problem. he told me to send another one and it will also take 30days or more. yes , i was waiting and waiting until i got my item and now im tired of this seller.

 

i tried to refund but seller said its not possible since the cover date is over.

 

what is the solution for this kind of situation?

"3 monts ago" ? There is not much you can do.

 

  • 45 days limit for a Paypal dispute for non received item.
  • 60 days limit to leave a feedback.

 

Never accept an offer of "I will send replacement". Request for a refund, and if you still want this item, then buy it again.

 

Now, the seller is dishonest when telling you that he can't issue a refund; he can always issue refund by going on his Paypal hstory.

 

If he doesn't want to issue refund, you have no recourses with eBay or Paypal since delays are passed. If you paid with your credit card, you may try to contact the customer service (phone number on the back of your card) to see if they can do a chargeback.

This is why many experienced members encourage newbies to pay for items from a credit card attached to the ir Paypal account.

 

While cards do have deadlines, they are longer than those of eBay/Paypal.

 

Phone the 1-800 number immediately.
