hello i order 2 remote pet bark color in october did not receve it so ii open a dispute but saler told me to close it because he could not send a new order iff i dont close so i did but i did not receve the order and its bin 2 months can some one help me i am sending message to saler but no responce thank you

By convincing you to close your case, the seller has essentially been let off the hook. You won't get your replacement and now your only recourse is paypal. Go to your paypal account and find the transaction within, open an Item Not Received Case and DO NOT accept another offer to replace as you will not get it. Don't close the case, either, until you see the REFUNDED in money as a balance in your paypal account. Do it today as deadlines approach and pay very close attention to the instructions paypal gives you.
