I bought an item from Brazil and because of the holidays i let it go several months before starting a resolution and now its too late and cant even give him a negative feedback ,does this mean i get screwed by seller and paypal

I guess there was no tracking number provided with the shipping?

Cross your fingers, you may receive it in a few days...

But after 45 days, you can't do anything with Paypal, and after 60 days, no evaluation can be left.

Go to the credit card you used to pay. Paypal is only the processor.

Call the 1-800 number on the card and ask about a chargeback.

But remember that cc's also have deadlines, so call immediately.
