purchases moved to archive - glitch or normal process?

some time ago my  purchases disappeared from purchased list and appeared in archive. There is no menu item to move them back. Was it a glitch or things move automatically after certain amount of months?

I want to leade a feedback for a guy who sold me a modem which did not work and he promised a replacement very kindly (and even suggested not to send the broken item back) then when it was already too late to open a case he stopped responding and even blocked me from bidding his items. Definitely appropriate feedback is needed but I do not know how to leave a feedback for the item whichis  already archived

Any idea?

You cannot leave feedback after 60 days from the

end of the auction.

by the way, the guy who did the trick asked for details and screenshots on how the devicde behaves, then suggested that everything was forwarded to the manufacturer and I will receive a replacement without sending the device to them. At this point I said my thanks and promised best feedback, he said his thanks, then blocked me from bidding their other items and stopped responding

Such loss under $20 is not a big issue but definitely adds tension in relations between people when you can not trust each other
