Hi all. Got a return request from a Canadian buyer, buyer remorse but claims item was all bent up. We shipped by paypal expedited parcel from Manitoba to Ontario. Ebay wants us to upload a shipping label for the buyer to send the item back to us. Just finished looking for a few hours and cannot find a way to do this with either ebay.ca or paypal.
This is not a cheap item so we need it back to resell if the buyer has not destroyed it. How and where do we get such a return label to upload?
