I have won the train that was for sale. Tried to contact seller and nothing 6x I've tried. This is a bad  thing to run into on Ebay.

The one that you saw was a seller  answered quick and was a 12 out 12  the other seller was selling a model train Proto 2000

Since the seller is not answering your emails, stop emailing.

He cannot start a non-payment dispute if he has not issued an invoice. If he manages somehow, ask for the invoice and pay it.

Did you bid on an item that the seller does not offer for shipment to Canada? Some US sellers will just ignore foreign buyers and relist the item. You have the right to leave appropriate feedback.

Looked back through my paper trail seller contacted me the day before the auction ended telling me that shipping to Canada would be $14.95  What do I do NOW put my life on hold because of this NIGHTMARE??
