Hello ,
USPS shipping service tried to attempted deliver parcel on 4th of May 2017 to buyer and left a notice about it because no authorized recipient was available there.
We tried to contact him through ebay and massaged him 2-3 times but no reply yet.
The item will be send back to us if buyer doest contact or collect his item before 19th of May .
Now what will i do ? Might be he open a case of not received an item after he not find his item in few days.
Thanks and Regards

If the buyer fails to collect his parcel and it is returned to you, he cannot file a successful Item Not Received Claim via ebay. But, if he opens it through paypal, he can. This is as I understand it. Failure to claim a parcel voids the ebay MoneyBack Guarantee but Paypal's Buyer Protection is a little different. Paypal cares only wether the item was Delivered or not. And not the reason(s) it wasn't delivered.

Try other methods of contacting the buyer. Go to your PayPal account transaction and find the buyers email - contact him through that with the details. Try phoning the buyer if you do not receive a response to that message.

I notice you are shipping from Pakistan.
And many of your items are quite high value.
It is possible that your customer learned how much duty and sales tax he will have to pay when he picks up his purchase and decided he was no longer interested.
BTW, you are posting to the eBay Canada Board. If your customer is in the USA, (as you indicate by saying USPS was the carrier) you may get more precise information on ebay.com.
