Hi .. It is contrary to Board Policy to discuss restricted/suspended accounts here. If i were to recommend it would be patience. Failing that , use Customer Support and contact eBay.

You need to contact ebay directly to find out why the restriction has not been lifted.

Non paying buyers deserve unpaid item strikes.
