i have tried to buy some electronics parts from ebay many times now but everytime i reached checked out i can't access my account to paypal for the reason that my account is limited so i tried to use my rbc credit card using witout paypal account but it says that my CC cannot be used to pay the purchase, can anybody can help me or i have to contact ebay for this matter because maybe for the wrong entries of my registration or unintentional doings.
