what do i do and i how do i get back my money?

i have purchased an item about 3 wees ago and then i get an email saying that the buyer wants to cancel the transaction 

what do i do? and how do i get my money back? i emailed them already but they don't reply

If the seller sent you a Mutual Cancellation, tell him politely to refund your money and you will agree to it.

If he does not refund promptly (it will show in your Paypal account as a reversal) then decline the cancellation.
