what has happened to the CD catalogue with all the prefilled information?

what has happened to the CD catalogue with all the prefilled information?  was a fairly large catalogue.  did search for bruce springsteen and only one CD was available.  few weeks ago there were 75+.  called ebay CS and agent totally ignorant of the catalogue and did not grasp the issue.  what is going on with this? anyone?
