when listing on ebay.ca - Is there any way I can list in American funds or is it automatically Canadian? thanks

I'm puzzled because you are an experienced seller.
Yes, if you are using the Advanced Sell Your Item form which has at least two pages to fill depending on how you look at it, there is a choice just after Category and Store Category, where you can choose your currency.
It's a dropdown menu.
If you are using TurboLister, I have no idea.

When you are on eBay.ca, on the top left it says "sell" just right of the eBay banner. Click on the word "sell".
A box comes up that lets you enter a Part Number, UPC or product description. If it is in the eBay database, you can click on the product, and eBay will partially fill out the listing details.
After you select the product you come to the main listing details page. The first dropdown box says "$Canadian Funds" or something similar. Click on the box and pick US Funds.
That's it.
