Now that my purchases from the global shipping program which cost me a small fortune,through Pitney Bowes (USA) and intelcom (Canada) are not being delivered I had one package in particular I bought for my granddaughter of Disney cards that I finally got hold of a supervisor after four tries when they said they would not connect me to a supervisor and finally one called me and said that they had located the package in their warehouse in Surrey and it will be sent out the next day the next day I had my video security on nothing arrived and it was marked as delivered I asked to see the signature cuz they said they had a signature on file they put me on hold for 5 minutes and said sorry they couldn't locate it the signature was too dark and they also didn't have a picture of the drop off I never got this package I wish you would go back to Canada Post read the reviews on Yelp and trustpilot about intelcom many eBay customers have not got their purchases .
