How Can I find Seller Not registered with Global Shipping System?

Some sellers are not signed up for this sham of a system.  Anyone no of a way I can filter my search in eBay to show only those sellers not registered with the GSP?  Now that would be a useful app for my Iphone?  LOL

GSP = death of eBay in Canada  -  LOL  Good while it lasted......So long, and thanks for all the fish.

It is easy to identify listings from American sellers using GSP for shipping outside the USA.

Once you have a search result page, simply change the setting to "List View" (instead of Gallery) and all listings with GSP will show:

Customs services and international tracking provided.

Yeah that works - now I can simply ignore all those items with GSP service included.  Hopefully, I can still find some deals.  eBay is kiiling itself in Canada/

FYI I had to list by lowest shipping price to enable the "customs services ...." line to be viewable.
