If they are picking up in large quantities (batches) shipper should be creating a manifest for driver. If this is not happening it's very likely goods were picked up (within a day or 2 of label creation) and just haven't been scanned at warehouse for forwarding. Best to be just patient. Not much else you can do speed up the process from your end. There can be occasions when items are scanned but scanner doesn't get synced so data gets lost also causing inaccurate status.
