What's going on with the global shipping program it is so slow all of a sudden?

I have 2 small packages coming from the US they got to the hub fine and then they have just sat there or been mailed around in a circle in Illinois for like 2-3 weeks. I've used it many times before and never had this problem. It usually just takes a day or two to clear customs and send it up here.

So frustrating. I'm going to go back to using my own mail forwarding service as it's a little cheaper and now way more reliable as well
