Just went to print labels and these options are missing.
Hoping ebay sees this immediately.
Need it fixed asap.

Do you still have the other options to post and print labels? All of mine are completely grayed out now including UPS and Fedex.

IF this is at the CP end eBay should be regular contact with CP so they can keeping sellers in the loop. Same goes for if it is at the eBay end. There was an announcement last week about impending down time but nothing either way to confirm things were back to normal or still a work in progress.
This is made worse by the fact the sellers may have to take a serious loss on postage due their assigned handling charges. These technical nightmares cause sellers to suffer. There has to be some kind of accepted responsibility involved besides tough noogies against the seller.

We were only supposed to get discounted rates until June 25th.

I think it was just a temporary discount. Hard to say at this point if they will discount again. It just looks like regular prices right now.

after the Canada Post system came back online last week Tracked Packet USA took some wrangling to get it to show up, but was still working. but today it won't budge, and the latest July seller update mentions the "deep discount" we already get on this (tracked packet) service is not included in the extra 8% reduction in serivces.. based on that wording it should have continued as it was. I have 2 more days to ship that particular item so it may be a wait and see...

Yes it is no longer an option for me either. I just returned from time away with several items to ship.
Also, no Small packet air international or tracked international to Sweden via ebay labels. What is happening?
I am running out of shipping options.
No UPS, couriers etc here in rural Ontario and if there is anything it is way too expensive an option.

Customer pays for small packet air. Personally no problem shipping tracked and even providing a small refund. Go to generate label, and no options for either. CP Expedited and Xpresspost are available but again much more than customer paid. UPS/Fedex are substantially higher and risk high customs clearing costs plus just not convenient. Just glad USA tracked was working fine......yesterday.

FYI ChitChats is encountering the same issue (no CPC Tracked Packet USA available).
Unfortunately, the other options offered charge tarriffs upfront for Made in China items (which CPC doesn't), so it's a no-go for me.

ironically, NetParcels recommends chosing CPC when selecting UPS shipping to a US address (due to tariffs + brokerage fees).

Used Shippo today as well. More expensive but at least they packages are gone on time.

is ebay gonna aknowledge this at all or keep pretending like its a non-issue? its not a one person thing, most canadian sellers cant see tracked packet international services or USA tracked packet at all. the least they could do is a warning or a post saying they are working on it.

There is an open ticket for this under ALERT16036 for sellers can't purchase Canada Post shipping label getting error as "Please be aware that Canada Post is experiencing issues at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later". The tech team is looking into restrictions.
