Did eBay turn off CP...Again?

Customer pays for USA Tracked pkg. Attempt to create a label displays these results. Older already shipped items show the same info. CP is disabled.

As per usual the UPS and Fedex options available are not even close to what buyer paid. Was a strike announced and we didn't get the memo?

 It appears the CP status page was disabled earlier this year so unable to check for problems that way. According to a google search there currently are no site issues at CP. Snap Ship is fully functional. 

This warning message displays at the top of eBay labels.

Just spoke to eBay via Facebook. They have opened a ticket.
