I should have over 100 in feedback points but EBAY has not counted my feedback. Why is this happening. I ordered 5 products separately off the same sellor and my points should have gone over 100 but they are still at 97. WHY????
Feedback from the same seller for multiple items in the same order is only counted as 1 feedback. This is to prevent building feedback up quickly for scammers to look reputable quickly.
The feedback is there-- it's just not part of the percentage/rating.
From the other side, if a nasty buyer purchased 10 items and left 10 negative FB because he didn't like one of them, should all ten negs be counted against the seller?
