Is Resolution Centre down?

It says DNS error, but I tried using wifi at local coffee shop and I am getting the same errors too. How long has it been down?

I have been having troubles getting to the Resolution Center for days as well. I was able to finally get there but not sure how as I cannot again...

I've been experiencing the same isues both in ebay.com and in ebay.es
The problem is not in the main resolution centre screen, but in the link you are redirected to when you click "continue" . Having this problem since two days ago

Click continue, and you will see what the problem is.

I am going to try contacting customer service to get what's going on.
