I'm so sorry that happened to you but you are posting to a public discussion board and it is unlikely that the seller will see your post here. If you ever run into a problem like that again and do not receive everything that you were supposed to you can go to that item in your purchase history and click on return this item with the reason missing parts or item not as described. The seller will be required to pay for a return shipping label and then refund once they receive the item back.

There is a process by which you needed to open a case thru eBay within the allotted time frame...That time has long passed and nothing further can be done a this point..Simply TOO LATE!
Sorry, but A hard lesson learned.

EBay gives you 30 days from Delivery to open a Claim under the Money Back Guarantee.
You don't need the seller for this, although it is polite to let them know the problem.
An honest seller will usually send either a refund or return shipping and a refund on arrival.
You don't need the seller's permission to make a Claim.
And it's a Refund you are after, a seller's No Returns policy is meaningless.
You also have the chargeback policy of the credit card you actually paid with as Buyer Protection.
A chargeback usually can be opened for 180 days from Payment.
