Strange message in account settings

Is this a normal message to get on a individual user account? I have one listing. Newer account. I don't have 2fa on for own reasons but my concern is the message I've highlighted; I am the owner!?

That area is for an account with multiple users/employees so it doesn't affect you. 

There is no need to worry about it.

I'm really not paranoid, based on past, present tech issues that are concerning yet ignored by anyone with proper authority, tad over cautious.  😊
