Switching Shipping Policies

Hello all.

Due to the tariff chaos I have decided to go through all of my listing and select the llistings that will have a tariff over 20%(just my personal choice) and switch them to Canada only. Am I missing something? I make a new shipping policy for this but there is no way to change them over? So I delete it and then I have the option to make a new policy when editing one listing, but then I can't use it again. How do I switch them over without ending and relisting them all? BAAAAHHHHHHHH! I appreciate any insites on this topic.

Ok, so even though I read all the literature and fiddled with it in all kinds of ways. I had to ask google and discovered that if you actually tap into the cell, you get a drop down menu as well. Ugh. Why couldn't I have found that in the literature eBay provides? That would have saved me loads of time, lol. So now I know, that there is a side menu and a drop down menu.
