I was told I will be deducted close to 14.00 and I got no proof of the difference this is making me mad also they say 35.00 now 20 some what $ anyhow wished they make mind up for paypal.  Had to talk to supervisor today of ebay and paypal.

Both  book is 16.56 shipping 19.86 import 6.16 coupon discount 15.00 total was 27.56 and Paypal said I owed  close to 14.00  there is  a certain amount in my account now waiting for deduction of account:

Was the item listed in USD? You paid in CAD. Wherein lays the problem?

Was this an auction or was it originally listed on another site in another currency?

The discount would come off the selling price only, reducing your cost to $1.56

Shipping was $19.56.

Import fees were $6.16.

Was this a GSP item? Import fees are made up of Canadian duty and sales taxes plus a ~$5USD service fee. If you are in Alberta $1.05 would be GST.

Import fees are charged on shipping + purchase price.

If you meant that PP only charged you $14.00 instead of the $27+  I'm not clear where the other ~$13 went.

yes was too much for ebay.ca so had to go to ebay.com  to get it:  Item number 113201078807 on ebay.com said 16.55 US shipping 19.86 import 6.15  coupon discount - 15.00 total 27.56 then reps said I owe less then now more this is ticking me off. last time I got told I owed 13.68 or 13.86 close to 14.00

Update: You purchased a planner book item #113201078807. The seller is using GSP. (GSP is a mail forwarding service for US seller's who don't want to ship to Canada et all)

If you paid by PayPal, you should have an email that shows details of the amounts.

It kinda sounds as though you had a PayPal balance and it wasn't enough, so PayPal did a transfer from your bank for the rest.

Move on ok if U don't like the way I type then report me to ebay. U snooze U loose they cant block me from posting I clearly said what my issue was it was pay pal messing me around of payment.
