Hope everyone have a good weekend sales
Here is my issue :
I had return request that was automated approve and the email from eBay stated that i dont need to do nothing just wait for the buyer to send the item back and proceed the refund .Classic return request .
Than BOOM 4 days later im receiving email from eBay that i need to provide return shipping label to the customer or send money thru PayPal .
By the way is remorse return request .
CS stated that maybe the item is defective ,but they dont know yet (rolling eyes).
Spent 1 hour on the phone to try to figure this out.Ah yes the customer provided a picture of his old model backpack Swiss and the one that he bought from me .Of course they are different and the price its different as well.
So from my own experience if i do not send return label or money they will refund the customer without require him to return the item ,even tho the first email from eBay stated that the buyer need to return the item for refund .
After speaking with supervisor he said that i should not send the label because its remorse return .But yet not sure knowing that the automated service could just withdraw the money and give the customer everything for free .I have 2 days to arrange this .
