So there I was trying to find a HS Code for an international postage label and this is what I got....
Were we warned about this? How long is it supposed to last?? It says "extended" outage on twitter. I guess we wait. No ETA.

The new site seems to be working ok now. I was able to check rates and a tracking number

yep seems to be working...
and strangely has a look/feel of the USPS site to me... maybe I am just tired and haven’t looked at it much though

New website is already working.
For HS, find a looking glass pictogram at top right corner, enter HS, the second result is fir business shipments, "Find a Harmonized System Code", /cpotools/apps/wtz/business/findHsCode . Start filling the fields. It will be not fast, but it works.

Customs Data page OK
Ventureone rates cannot be found.... for those who need to know them

I got an email asking me to update my profile. I had to agree to the "terms and conditions". It would take me all day to read through that lot!!

No rate calculation
No customs data form.

I am able to access tracking and service information by typing the URL directly into the location bar of my browser:

The website was down because they were making a HUGE change on it. I was checking for the tracking information and was not pleased with the new format.
The new format for the tracking information is not easy to read, not easy on eyes. I like the old format that is SO EASY.
Why do people feel that they NEED to "fix" when they are NOT broken??!! Can't they just leave them alone when it is NOT broken? Whoever must have too much hands and need to do something. Sheesh!!

A way to find something on the new website format...
Do a Google search... for....
Canada Post.... followed by what you are looking for on the Canada Post website...
This option minimizes any ... frustration... mainly because it all looks different.... and where does one find everything....important

Early next week Canada Post will get an ear FULL from me... if things have not been fixed.
The customs data form is missing.... It was available earlier this week
and ...A few other small things....are missing.

The pick-up form worked earlier this week - I used it on Monday - everything was fine. Today - completely broken ;-(
