anyone have trouble printing a Canada Post Tracked Packet USA label ? Buyer choose this option and when i try to print the label, the Canada Post Tracked Packet USA option is not available whatever the dimension or weight i choose.

Have you tried either closing your browser and reopening, restarting your phone or clearing cookies? The discounted rates poofed on me. Again. When I cleared cookies the discount came back. Could be similar/variation in play for what you are seeing.

I have same issue, can't ship with tracked packet even tried clearing cach and cookies.

Called eBay they said nobody reported it... sure.

I'll be cancelling some orders today by the looks of it.

Already tried that. Closed browser and clearing cache. Same result ,  Canada Post Tracked Packet USA label still unavailable, only Expedited Parcel USA is available

yup, but slightly different outcome for me.  On Friday I had a DVD I was planning to mail to the US that when I put in its actual weight (138 gr) the shipping total was $21 and when I changed it to 140 grams it updated itself to $7.38.

Today it wants me to pay between $21-$29 to ship DVDs to the US that are less than 150 grams.  

Naturally I went right over to chitchats and paid around $8.

Yeah i am having the same problem. Even more so: I tried shipping a DVD this morning to the USA and all shipping options were grayed out. So frustrating

It's weird. I am in MTL, too, and I can print US TP without any problem... 🙄

All items were sold on .COM, CP labels were printed from .CA

Someone noticed earlier, that the items sold on .COM and .CA are handled differently - it's maybe why I can still access the TP service?

Same here, no tracked packet available. Have to pay the extra shipping out of my pocket. 

Went to the post office and asked about it, they told me that since the CP update last week, many things have not returned and when they inquired, were told there was no date when information would be available.

Is eBay looking into this? Unsure if it is at the eBay end for rating based on eBay account number or the system upgrade at Canadapost.

It is super critical if eBay is going to charge buyers with the discounted rates sellers can buy postage with the correct applicable charges. 

I was able to create 2 labels last night no issues using eBay labels (after clearing cookies). When I check while being signed into CP unable to confirm discounted rates just now. 

As a side this is the most up to date info I can locate for the CP Status page:

Same issue here, cant print USA Tracked Packet labels! Good Lord eBay when will this be corrected????

Even if it isn't an eBay problem or vice versa, more calls, more traction.

I noticed over the weekend that Tracked Packet was experiencing errors. The issue on the weekend was slightly different. Tracked Packet was available, but it would default to the non-discounted rates ($17 instead of $8 for example.). If I refreshed the page a few times, it would eventually spit out the correct rate.

I assume that the removal of Tracked Packet is related to this bug. If this was reported to eBay, they may have removed Tracked Packet while trying to fix this.
