I suspect it may have something to do with the proposed Tariff increase for Made in China goods....
Extra scrutiny of ALL packages being shipped to the USA....

and now with Trump having a tantrum over the "What Reagan said about tariffs" AD, Canada faces a possible additional increase in tariffs....Good luck to all sellers who choose to continue to support this A**Hole & continue to ship to the USA...DT is just going to anger and push away even more potential USA customers ...

I think it is the increased scrutiny. I think Chitchats is already shell shocked from the special attention they get.

As far as I know, nobody is shipping anything to Trump, and the 49% of US voters who didn’t cast a ballot for Trump in the last election are probably being joined by many who did. Why punish those who don’t support Trump?

Special attention in that they get there parcels inspected closely and if an agent finds 1 out of line have sent the whole truck back. After they got busted multiple times with undeclared China COO goods it seems their trucks always come under tight scrutiny.

I'm using Stallion now, they're vetting their customers and have a list of people who's stuff always gets checked (might be checking less now that there's tariffs on everything and they check your products on their website when you make a SKU).
Prior to Aug 29, they were checking their customer's shipping history to see who was previously shipping China made goods and used that information to check parcels once the China tariffs came in. (People were trying to sneak one past them, but so far as I heard, their truck hasn't been turned back).
I don't seem to be under intense scrutiny and haven't gotten any compliance emails from Stallion, but I've been providing thorough customs descriptions, like "Coin Denomination Date Issued by the Royal Mint (UK)" and everything is getting through quickly and just fine.

Who and what do you think is paying for all this lavish spending by the USA administration? It isn't all coming from willing donors...Where do you think all these trillions of dollars of tariffs is going? Certainly not for the benefit of the USA peoples!
