Creating a Buyer's FAQ

I'm sorry for this question, but I can't find a way to create a Buyer's FAQ. 

I've searched the internet, my account options, the forums here and the only way I see to create an FAQ for my buyers is by listing on Ebay US.

This has to be wrong.

If so, that's two options Ebay US has that Ebay Canada does not (the first is a multiple different items with drop down menu under a single listing).

P.S. I have a store if that helps.

Variation listings are available on .ca, just like on .com it is not available for all Categories.

Dot com permits variation listings in more categories than ca. Been like that for ages. Same goes for condition options.
