Disable eBay Internation Shipping (eIs) per Listing Basis Instead of On/Off

Is there a way to disable eBay International shipping for a specific listing? I have some listings that are shipped with Canada Post Lettermail, and the main shipping options shown in search results are eIS (with extremely high shipping costs).  The high cost would turn potential buyer away from clicking on my listing. There should at least be an option to select which shipping option we want to display as the "Primary" one.

I am in the same boat. What I might try and do is use a second eBay account just for lettermail items and turn off EIS on that account. That way the proper shipping cost should be shown to americans in the search list. But I have not tried this yet.
