One little complaint from a buyer and they refund him and he keeps my item. No discussion, no arbitration. I'm done with being ripped of by buyer with the help of ebay. Closing my account. I suggest anyone who is getting ripped off this way to do the same. They are buyer oriented and don't give a rip for sellers. Meantime these buyers are screwing the seller.

Please explain the nature of your difficulty. The situation you describe does not happen by default; there are several steps in the arbitration process of a dispute. Other members are likely to be able to explain from experience where things went awry.

even if you don't offer returns, the buyer still has to open a case, for whatever reason, then you as a seller decide how to proceed, either prove tracking, or offer a partial or full refund, if you don't offer anything , and ebay is asked to step in, you lose everything..

"One little complaint from a buyer and they refund him and he keeps my item."
What was the Buyers complaint about?
Not received, Late, Not as Described, Damaged??
You say...
"No discussion, no arbitration."
This must be untrue as a "Dispute" had to have been opened by the Buyer in order for the refund to take place in the first place, you would have been asked to respond this dispute?
Did you not reply?
No one here can really answer your "rant" as you have provided no real details, other than to tell others to close their accounts because you had a bad experience.
And, yes eBay is Buyer orientated, the Seller is here to serve...
