Starting last night i am having a problem sending out invoices to new purchases.
i am getting 2 types of errors when i try:
The first is the red banner with:
Something went wrong. Please try again later.
The second says:
You have not specified shipping to the buyer's location. Please verify the shipping options before submitting the invoice.
I called support but they did as expected; he said: oh yes we have a technical problem and we will issue a ticket for technical support. of course they usually say that when they dont have answers...
So what should i do next?
