Tried it with Firefox and Chrome, fails on both attempts once I reached posting images. Internet connection is fine, no issues connecting with other websites.
I have the same problem from time to time. I don't know what causes it is but it's almost like Ebay's programming has a brain fart. The solution I've used is to post the pictures of the item I plan to sell one at a time.
I had problems today too, I listed 4 items just fine, the 5th just spun and spun, I closed it and did it again and it worked. Next one wouldn't load the pictures, I had to keep closing them and re-submitting.
