The comment is positive so they might have clicked on the negative by mistake. Have you tried contacted them and asking them about it? If they say that it was a mistake ask them if you could send them a feedback revision.
I know how frustrating it is getting a negative but I don’t think one is going to affect you if you can’t get it revised. I suspect that few buyers these days even look at feedback and if they do,I doubt that they would care about one negative.

Got it sorted buyer revised as it was a mistake in posting the feedback
so no harm no foul in the long run.
HOWEVER
I still hold that any buyer feedback that is negative in nature, should be restricted PRIOR to contacting the seller. In order for seller to identify/rectify/correct the issue or issues.
A sellers standing, and the buyers perception of a sellers performance, has a consequences not just limited to the feedback score.
