How can I make the "shipping from" status show in my listing?

I am a Canadian seller.

I posted a listing on ebay for the first time yesterday.

I filled all the information about my product but for some reason it doesn't show the information about where it ships from, which is, in my case, "From Canada".

I attached an image file of my listing for you to see the issue clearly.

Is there anyone who knows how to solve this?

Thank you in advance.

When I view your listing I see it.

Search on ebay.com your listing does show "From Canada"

Search on ebay.ca it shows your seller ID and a "C" in front of the selling price for Canadian dollars.

The ebay full display view (itm) for the listing has "Ships from Canada".

The ebay short display (i) for your listing has "from Vanier, Ontario"

My listings are the same.  I'm pretty sure this an ebay display choice, and not a seller choice.

You may also want to have a look at the following link to make sure all your settings are okay or if there are any you need to update. Click on the link for site preferences (Below Account Preferences - on right). When you are completed remember to hit the old save button to confirm any changes.

The words that appear directly under the Buy or Add to Cart buttons are inserted by eBay, there are a whole bunch of things that can appear there on a rotating basis, the seller has no control over which ones appear.

If I look at your listing as a Canadian buyer I currently see "free shipping", "30 day returns" & "Ships From Canada"

If I look at it on .com as a US buyer I see "Free shipping" & "30 day returns" but no "ships from Canada".

Why no ship from Canada when shown to US buyers? Because that would be a disincentive to buy for a US buyer while it's a positive for a Canadian buyer.

Have you registered with Canada Revenue  Agency to collect GST/HST?
