How do I let customers know I am on holidays and shipping might take longer

Hi we are going on holidays next week and I need to know how to put a banner across my listing saying that shipping won't be within 2 business days, but when I return.  I have seen it before on other listing I just can't seem to find where to do that. Thanks

Just end your listings to be safe. If someone buys and you do not ship and it arrives late, you may leave yourself open to defects.

Better safe than sorry.

You only have 9 which is not a major task to relist when holidays are over.

I believe that is only an option if you have a store.

Safest bet... Put the store on vacation.

OP doesn't have a store.  As advised, end the listings and re-list when you return.
