Is anyone else having problems with Shippo today

Hi it's Dec 23 - I had an sale come through this morning around 11 am, and the sale or ability to purchase the shipping label has still not shown up on my Shippo orders page. It's now 4:15 PM

Is there something new going on that i don't know about, or is this a temporary glitch. 

For now I guess I will muddle through with Snap Ship, because I want to get this item in the mail, but hope I can get back to using Shippo

When it won't let me buy a label I find I need to change one of the dimensions, save, and then change the dimension to the correct value again, then save. Then it will let me buy the label. Otherwise that label is broken forever.

Other times I need to buy the label on another pc for some reason.

One of those always works for me. Try the first one first.
