Problems With Shippo

I have had problems with Shippo for over 3 weeks now. I have been dealing with customer service by e-mails for that long.  First they wanted me to correct my payment method & update my card's expiry date. They said I owed them money for an invoice & till it was paid I could no longer print up labels.  That took days to correct. Now I cannot  print any labels because Canada Post & my Shippo account are no longer synced up. They don't know how to fix it.  So I have been printing up all my labels directly through Snap Ship on Canada Post.  It is a pain as I have to manually input all the information & addresses each time I have a sale. Has anyone else had an issue with Shippo?

Sorry, I do not use Shippo, I purchase any needed shipping labels directly through eBay...easy as pie! (obviously if you are a large volume seller with a  higher than basic shipping Level with CP, that may not be what you are willing to do...)

I use Shippo all the time and I have not had problems with them per se but somewhere along the line I noticed sometimes when I go to the site ("Go to Shippo") the order is not showing there. I found if I hit "Sync Orders", then leave the orders page for a millisecond (I got to Shipments"), then click back and the order has been synced up. Not sure why the change (for me this has been happening for probably a year) but while a pain the jumping out of the orders page and then back in (after hitting "Sync") seems to work. 

I know you are also concerned that your Canada Post account is no longer synced up but I didn't know for sure if mine was (ever?!) but when I started using the free Tuesdays and checked in my orders I saw my Canada Post account showed every single order (even those done direct through Shippo not Snap Ship) so I think they somehow know automatically. Do try the "Sync orders" icon on top though, I do when I don't see it automatically.

I had a problem with shippo for a while as my ebay sales were not showing on there but then suddenly it started working again.  Have you tried to click on carriers and next to Canada Post, see if you the 'activate' tab is on>

Shippo sometimes shows strange errors. "not connected to CP", or "invalid input", or "label too old". What I do is playing a little bit with sync orders, log in and out, or change the package size forth and back. Finally, I always end with a nice shipping label 😀

I had a strange issue with them in the past. My CC was blocked (all online activity!) because of a "suspicious activity". I called the bank, they told me that the card was blocked because of the charge made by Shippo.  😀   "Do you know who they are, and did you authorize them to charge your CC?" Seriously, it happened already 3 times! 😉
