Time Away not working

I have my Time Away set until Oct. 28th, so I was surprised when I got a sale yesterday. I didn't want to start selling until Canada Post is up and running well. When I checked the dates on my time away they were correct, but when I went to a listing, the time away is missing. I have re-set it, so I hope it will start working again.

There is an option within the time away setup where you can specify that sales would still be allowed during the specified away span. Most likely you left it active.
