Today I attempted to list an item, but I received the following message:

Use the term Velcro in your listing title only if your item was made by VELCRO® Companies or with Official VELCRO® product. If your item was not made by VELCRO®, please go back and remove Velcro from your title and use a descriptive term, such as “hook and loop closure,” instead. If your item was made with official VELCRO® material, please go back and add the brand to your listing item specifics or indicate that it was made with Official VELCRO® in your title.
