(1) Is it 10 low ratings from one buyer?

(2) Is 10 low ratings from 10 different buyers?

  How critical 10 low ratings are depends on how many sales  one has for all sales over 12 months  or 3 months....

With 1000 sales over 12 months,  10 low ratings from 10 different buyers will kill you.

With 100,000 sales over 12 months, or 25,000 sales over 3 months, with 10 low ratings, you will most likely survive...
