Hello this is the first time I've used this forum, hopefully someone can clarify this position for me.
I have tried in the past to sell a few small carvings made from fossilized Mammoth bone and tusk. I was given a warning by E-bay that this material is banned for sale, with no explanation why. My query today is that in a broad term search, I find there is plenty of Wooly Mammoth products for sale including fossilized bone, jaw fragments,hair and even sunglasses made from fossilized Mammoth bone.
Can anyone tell me what the actual policy is and does the same rules apply for fossilized walrus bone???
