Hi,
Buyer opened the claim. But he got goods.
Can he close it or I must wait time when claim will be automatically closed?

He can close it.
If you have proof of delivery (not just a thank you note from the buyer, electronic proof from the shipper), enter that in the Claim to speed things along.

If there is no online proof of delivery, yes, the seller will get a defect. Can the seller appeal that if the buyer has said in a message that they have received it? I don't know.
If there is online proof of delivery then the seller should phone ebay tell them to see that the item has been delivered and ask them on the phone to close it. Then there will be no defect.
If the buyer closes it, there will be a defect even if there is online proof of delivery. Now at one time they would not receive a defect like that but they may be doing so now if the seller contacts them and shows them the online proof.
It's silly because if the delivery confirmation was already uploaded, ebay should be able to see on their own that the item is delivered and there should have been no defect to begin with.
